This is the latest revision of the Swash box and is for a 6” wide sluice. I’m still testing and there may be future changes but for now I’m very confident and impressed with how well it works. This is the STL file only and you will need to 3D print it out yourself or find someone to do it for you.
Note: Overall size is 5”H x 6”W x 8” L and has a 5/16-18 pitch thread in the inlet housing that will need a 5/16-18 screw. Also this is design to run your 500/ 750 gph 12V pump with a 1” or smaller Bilge hose without a speed controller.
Also the holding clip is designed to slide onto 3/16” to 1/4” thick area. The sluices are usually 1/16” thick and adding an indicator mat is around 1/8” thick, to give the total needed for the swash box to stay in place.
