This is a cheap and simple adjustable 6” wide sluice leg system, I designed to printed out and allows you to use any 1/2” wide material for legs. I have found the 1/2” Alum extrusion (for 3/8 plywood ends) shown in the pictures that they sell at the Hardware stores and Home Depot to be the cheapest material and works perfect. (note: you must have a way to cut the material down into 4 pieces)
Recommend 3D Print settings: Because this takes a “load” I would print 8 layers thick with min 20% infill. You can print this with PETG filament but for more durability I would recommend ABS, ASA, PCTG or even Nylon if possible.
